Faber Inter Legal has a sharp and recognized expertise in the prevention and management of conflict and litigation before the courts and/or through mediation and arbitration. Michel Forges, a founding member of Faber Inter Legal, is a prominent member of the Brussels Bar. He was elected Bâtonnier by his peers. He has also taught commercial and corporate law at the University of Mons, as a lecturer and at the Université Catholique de Louvain as an assistant at the Faculty of Law. He is an honorary substitute judge at the Tribunal de commerce francophone de Bruxelles and an approved mediator.
Michel Forges and Christine Sartini Vandenkerckhove are accredited mediators. Tamara Leclercq also followed a training in mediation.
Michel Forges and Geert Van Grieken, a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar, are regularly chosen as arbitrators in disputes.
Many other members of the firm have extensive court experience and are able to assist you in conflict prevention and management.
They can litigate in French and Dutch before all courts in the country.
