Tristan studeerde licentiaat in de rechten en in internationaal recht (magna cum laude) aan de ULB en startte zijn carri\u00e8re aan de Balie van Brussel in 1999 binnen de associatie Afschrift. Begin 2021 stapte hij over naar FABER INTER. Hij behandelt voornamelijk zakenrecht.<\/p>\n

Hij adviseert zijn cli\u00ebnten geregeld op het vlak van distributiefranchise, handelsovereenkomsten, vennootschapsrecht en fiscaal recht (directe en indirecte fiscaliteit). Sinds het begin van zijn carri\u00e8re begeleidde hij een honderdtal bedrijfsovernames en talrijke geschillen, met inbegrip voor scheidsgerechten.<\/p>\n

Hij adviseert en vertegenwoordigt zijn cli\u00ebnteel ook in vastgoedaangelegenheden (handelshuur, huur hoofdverblijfplaats, opstal, erfpacht \u2026).<\/p>\n

Hij verdedigt zijn cli\u00ebnten te vuur en te zwaard, maar houdt steeds het hoofd koel en stelt de belangen van de klant altijd voorop. \u00ab Gerechtelijke procedures zijn vaak lang en onzeker ondanks alles. Wanneer ik vind dat er niet voldoende kansen zijn om te zaak te winnen, aarzel ik zeker niet om een klant te ontraden om een procedure op te starten<\/em> \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Dankzij zijn talenkennis adviseert Tristan vaak ondernemingen en particulieren die belangen hebben in Kroati\u00eb en in de andere landen van ex-Joegoslavi\u00eb, evenals ondernemers van deze landen die een activiteit wensen op te starten in Belgi\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Hij publiceerde talrijke artikelen in gespecialiseerde tijdschriften, voornamelijk in het domein van de fiscaliteit.<\/p>\n

Tristan werkt in het Frans, in het Engels, Kroatisch en Servisch. Hij heeft ook een goede passieve kennis van het Sloveens en van het Nederlands.<\/p>\n
