Christine Sartini Vandenkerckhove graduated in Law and Economic Law from the Universit\u00e9 Catholique de Louvain (U.C.L.) and is member of the Brussels Bar.<\/p>\n

Christine was a member of the International Bar Association (IBA), where she chaired the Civil Procedure Committee<\/em> for several years before becoming a director of the former Legal Practice Section<\/em>.<\/p>\n

She has contributed to several publications, chaired and organized numerous conferences at the international level in the IBA on judicial and commercial matters.<\/p>\n

Christine has been a certified mediator in civil and commercial matters since 2009.<\/p>\n

Christine is a member (2026\u20132027) of the \u2018Special Construction Committee\u2019<\/em> created within the Federal Mediation Commission.<\/p>\n

Christine completes her training by following the courses given as part of an inter-university Certificate in \u2018Art, Droit & March\u00e9\u2019 (2026).<\/p>\n

Christine works in French, English and Dutch.<\/p>\n

Her preferred areas of practice are real estate law, insurance law, commercial law and judicial law.<\/p>\n
